Man of Tai Chi (2013)

Chinese-American martial arts film Man of Tai Chi (2013) is a multilingual narrative film directed and staring Keanu Reeves. The film is his directorial debut. Man of Tai Chi (2013) is partly inspired by the life of stuntman Tiger Chen, a long time friend of Keanu Reeves, who co-stars with Reeves in the film. Woo-ping Yuen is the action director for Man of Tai Chi (2013) and the talent of these three men allows the martial arts action to be woven seamlessly throughout the film pushing the narrative of the film forward.

The cast also includes Karen Mok, Hong Kong actor Simon Yam and Steve Yoo, along with highly skilled martial artists Iko Uwais, Ocean Hou, Hai Yu, and Silvio Simac.

Chi Wah Ling is the action choreographer, Chad Stahelski is the martial arts choreographer, Jon Valera is the fight choreographer and and Shun-Yee Yeun is the action choreographer and Brahim Achabbakhe (Brahim Chab) handles stunts for the film.
